High performance membrane diffusers

Supratec Oxyflex® aeration diffusers are manufactured with EPDM or silicone membrane, feature reinforced polypropylene body, excellent mechanical stress resistance and long life. Their oxygenation is high performance certified by independent laboratories and they have low pressure losses throughout the range of operation requiring the least possible energy consumption.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Oxyflex® MT membrane disc diffuser

The Oxyflex® MT fine bubble diffuser is a reliable diffuser at an affordable price and is used in sewage treatment plants around the world. It is characterized by easy installation and long service life with almost no maintenance at low cost. Due to its geometry, the Oxyflex® MT diffuser can be easily mounted in tanks of any shape. It has a ribbed flat polypropylene base, reinforced with glass fibers to which the membrane adapts. It is produced in two sizes: Oxyflex® MT300 (300mm membrane diameter), OXYFLEX® MT235 (235mm membrane diameter) and features 1" thread (¾" on request).

Oxyflex® MF plate membrane diffuser

The Oxyflex® MF fine bubble plate diffuser features a flat polypropylene base with ribs and glass fiber reinforcement. The membrane is fastened to the base plate with a two-piece reinforced frame. The advantage of the diffuser is that it has a large active membrane area which is located across the same level and operates evenly for different specific air loads.

 

 

 

 

 

Intelligent high efficiency design

The special design of the Oxyflex® MF diffuser ensures that there is low pressure loss that increases slightly over the life of the equipment. As a result, in addition to the long service life with minimal maintenance requirements, it also has a significantly higher efficiency compared to other types of diffusers.

It is produced in two sizes: Oxyflex® MF650 (0.1m² membrane area), Oxyflex® MF1100 (0.2m² membrane area) and have 1 ”and 2” threads respectively. The membrane perforation can also be made for medium-coarse bubble.

Oxyflex® MS membrane tube diffusers

Oxyflex® MS tubular diffusers are usually mounted in pairs and have a cylindrical body of 70mm diameter polypropylene pipe, on which the diffuser membrane secures with a collar. They have a variety of applications in waste treatment plants, both industrial and municipal, and their length is selected according to the geometry of the aeration tank to ensure maximum performance. They are manufactured in three sizes and can be fitted to a circular cross-section tube with a dual saddle or to a stainless steel rectangular cross-section tube using a stainless steel connector. The membrane perforation can also be made for medium-coarse bubble.

Stainless steel pipe Permox® CB630

The Permox® CB630 stainless steel diffuser is a coarse bubble diffuser, of robust, maintenance-free, self-cleaning design. An air cushion at the top of the diffuser as well as at the bottom distributor prevents permanent deposits and blockage. The varying arrangement and size of the air holes ensure optimized ventilation throughout the diffuser operating range (0-90 Nm³/h).

 

 

 

 

 

 

Liftable systems and piping grids

In addition to the provision of individual diffusers, we provide advice and support on the design and implementation of the entire aeration network in the sewage treatment plant. The entire sludge aeration network can also be provided on the basis of the design study of the piping system in the tank, with materials such as polypropylene or PVC and stainless steel 1.4571 or 1.4301. Liftable diffuser networks are also provided in cases where the installation of the plant should not be interrupted by maintenance or where the tank canno be emptied.
