SEC screw compressors are machines designed for industrial production of compressed air, designed for normal loads in industrial multi-shift operation.

The machine design philosophy is based on a selection of quality components with rich power reserve. The SEC machines are very compact and have a very small footprint. The low noise levels make them ideally suited to be installed directly into the production halls.

The air end and electric motor is standard coupled with Poly V-belt, which is a proven solution, especially used in automotive industry.

The air delivery is controlled by a single stage control unit, which controls the air intake valve. If the air consumption is too low, the machine automatically stops after the idling time and later on starts up again. The open/close air intake valve works based on signals from a pressure sensor.

The compressors are protected against non standard conditions by an automatic shut down system, if the maximum oil temperature is reached, exceeded or reaches too low minimal pressure. The electronic system allows working time programming based on air consumption. Our compressors are possible to operate under the advanced control systems like ATMOCON, ENERCON, METACENTRE or CAM. The Airmaster S1 control unit is standard equipment in the SEC range, VARIO models with AIRCON L1 are available on request.

Reliable Multi-V belt drive

Drive via a quality two-pole motor is provided through a multi-V belt, which is stored in a massive welded chassis. This fixes the mutual position of the motor and the screw block and due to its vibration resistance maximizes the design lifetime of the belt.

The distance between the motor and the block is chosen so that the belt maximally dampens the impact of the starts and stops. The whole sets is cushioned by rubber blocks.
The electric motor is protected against overload and possible high-temperature by thermistor.
