Complete SMARTRONIC compressor installation with minimal footprint
SMARTRONIC is a new line of oil lubricated screw compressors with an integrated Fusion Dryer. This uses waste heat and waste air. The achievable dew point value is adjustable between +5 ° C and -20 ° C. No other brand delivers such quality air with their integrated dryer units, because they all work with fridge dryer technology. Machines are controlled by a central control system supported by a sophisticated diagnostic unit.
The compressors are available in fixed speed or variable speed inverter drive version, with optional integrated fusion dryer and separate air receiver.

The new ATMOS air end A150 is one of the key components for energy efficiency of the whole compressor unit. It was developed in co-operation with the Institute for Screw Compressors at the City University of London. As a result, the latest research in the field of compressed air technology was incorporated into the air end design. The ATMOS A150 is among the most efficient air ends in our industry. That means that the compressor’s energy consumption can be considerably lower than that of equivalent models from other manufacturers, with a direct positive impact on the user’s electricity bill. During the development of the ATMOS A150, a considerable reduction of components was managed, resulting in a very robust design. The air end is highly resistant against vibrations, resulting in extraordinary reliability and a very long lifetime.

Integrated Fusion Dryer
The most economical method of drying able to achieve negative pressure dew point. The dryer is integrated into the compressor, equipped with air filtration and for operation it uses waste heat and exhaust air. Its operation is fully automated and its control is based on the humiditymeasured at the output of the compressor. Required pressure dew point can be set on the compressor controller in the range of +5 ° C to –20 °C.
Where is the use of a Fusion Dryer beneficial?
In wintertime there are usually problems with condensate in applications with refrigerant dryers. The solution can be a Fusion Dryer with settings of DP according to real actual needs (for example, -5 ° C).
Refrigerant dryers are often not able to provide DP + 3°C in the summer. Wherever it is necessary to keep this value, it is advantageous to offer a Fusion Dryer. For example, manufacturers of electronic components, chemical industry or food/beverages.
Where it is not strictly required to have a dew point of -20 ° C, it is possible to use the option of setting individual values in the range of +5 to -20 ° C.
