Rotary vane vacuum pumps EU-HWT series high vapour tolerance

The EU HWT series pumps are single-stage rotary vane lubricated vacuum pumps with oil recirculation.

The flanged electric motor is coupled by an elastic coupling.

Cooling is provided by a centrifugal fan on the smaller pumps; starting from the EU 160HWT, cooling is provided by an air-oil heat exchanger combined with a centrifugal fan.

An integrated check valve prevents the oil from rising and air from re-entering the chamber to be drained during shutdown.

An oil mist separation system is built into the tank to separate the oil mist from the exhaust air; the oil is automatically recovered by the pump.

Their main features are: Increased Gas ballast capacity and Higher vapour tolerance. They are especiallly designed for pumping fluids in presence of large quantity of vapours at the higher vacuum levels that need to be maintained

The oversized circuit and the gas ballast valves prevent condensation inside the pump when pumping large quantities of vapour.

EU HWT series pumps are suitable for the evacuation of closed systems or for operation at a constant vacuum within the following range:

EU HWT Series from 0.8 to 850 mbar (absolute) only EU 160 HWT 0.8 to 400 mbar (absolute)
